We cover  and base the learning on Dr Mikao Usui.

The first part of the day we focus on Reiki 1 and Learn how to heal yourself and friends and family, the second part of the course we cover Reiki 2 and learn about the symbols and working on yourself and others.

 Each Attunement is an initiation and is what sets Reiki apart from other healing modalities. It is not a healing session it creates the Healer, opening the body's energy channels and clearing obstructions. The healer is then able to connect and receive chi energy life force from the universe.
