Laura Carva

'' I really enjoyed the course today, lots of information and I enjoyed the course structure. I found the learning environment relaxing and Rachael full of information''

''My first lymphatic drainage session was so successful that I couldn't stop staring at my non-swollen ankles for several days. I have had a couple more sessions which included Rachael helping me out when I suffered a massive cramp session half way through!! Lovely lady and very knowledgeable about her profession.

Laura Barrass Hemmens

''I went to see Rachael for MLD massages after having surgery on my legs. I honestly believe it helped me heal faster and get back to full mobility again. I am now training for a marathon and go to her for sports massages! She is fabulous and really knows her stuff!
